1General provisions
This document is a public offer by the Seller (the Flusenko shop) for the sale of goods via flusenko.com.ua under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On E-Commerce”.
Placing an order on the site means the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this offer.
2Subject of the agreement
The Seller undertakes to deliver goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them on the terms of this offer. The description, specifications and price are given on each product page.
3Placing an order
The Buyer places an order through the site’s cart, providing contact details and a delivery method. The Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify order details.
If an ordered item turns out to be out of stock, the Seller informs the Buyer and offers a replacement or refunds the payment.
4Price and payment
Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia. The price of an item in a placed order does not change.
- by card online via monobank (card data is processed by the bank);
- cash on delivery — the carrier charges a transfer fee;
- by invoice for sole traders and companies.
5Delivery
Delivery is by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Rozetka Delivery and Meest Express at the rates shown at checkout; free on orders from 1 500 UAH by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Rozetka Delivery. Pickup is possible by arrangement.
Orders placed by 16:00 on a working day ship the same day. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
6Returns and exchange
The Buyer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” if they are unused and their appearance and packaging are intact. Consumables with broken packaging (flux, solder, solder paste) cannot be returned. Return shipping for goods of proper quality is paid by the Buyer; for goods with a manufacturing defect, by the Seller.
Money is refunded within three working days after the Seller receives the goods. See the Returns & warranty page for the procedure.
7Warranty
The warranty on soldering irons is 1 month from receipt. If within this period the iron stops holding temperature or the heater burns out, the Seller replaces it or refunds the money.
