Didn’t fit? We’ll refund you.

If an iron breaks under warranty, we replace it. All under Ukraine’s Consumer Rights Protection Law — no hoops to jump through.

What can be returned

Goods of proper quality within 14 days if unused, with appearance and packaging intact. Tools, mats, stands, tweezers — no problem.

Consumables with broken packaging: opened flux, solder, solder paste. That’s a rule for chemicals, not our whim.

To the address we send you in reply. You pay for the return shipping; if the item is faulty, we pay for it.

Get your money back
Within three working days after the parcel reaches us.

If the iron stops holding temperature or the heater burns out, we replace it or refund you.

The item arrived faulty

Message us with a photo — we’ll replace the item or refund you. In that case we pay for the shipping.

Can I exchange it for something else?

Yes, within the same 14 days: return the item and we’ll place a new order.

Why can’t opened flux be returned?

We can’t check what happened to it after opening or sell it on as new. Not sure which flux to take? Try the finder first.
