What data we collect, why, and who we share it with. In short: only what we need to ship your order.

In short

  • We collect your name, phone, e-mail and delivery address.
  • We share it only with the carrier, the bank and our CRM — to fulfil the order.
  • Only the bank sees card details. You can ask us to delete your data.

This is a short summary for convenience. The sections below are legally binding.

1What data we collect

Name, surname, phone number, e-mail and delivery address — exactly what we need to pack and ship your order. For company orders, also the company name, registration or tax code and invoice contacts.

3Who we share it with

No one else. We don’t sell data or share it for advertising.

  • carriers (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Rozetka Delivery, Meest Express) — for delivery;
  • the bank (monobank) — to process card payments;
  • our CRM and order records — to pack and ship the order.

4Payment

Card details are entered on the bank’s page. We never see or store them.

5Cookies

The site uses cookies for the cart, account login and visit statistics. Your recently viewed items are stored only in your browser.

6Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it — write to info@flusenko.com.ua or contact us any other way. We’ll delete everything except what the law requires us to keep (order documents).
